เทศบาลตําบลเชียงรากใหญ่ ดำเนินการโครงการวางท่อระบายน้ําพร้อมบ่อพัก ซอยศาลเจ้าพ่อต้นข่อย หมู่ที่ ๑ ตามมติสภาเทศบาลฯ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อระบายน้ำเสียจากบ้านเรือนลงสู่ทางสาธารณะ ลดปัญหาน้ำท่วมขังและกลิ่นเหม็น รวมถึงขยายไหล่ทางให้กว้างขึ้น โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการวางท่อระบายน้ําขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง ๐.๕๐ เมตร พร้อมบ่อพัก ระยะทางรวม ๑๔๒.๐๐ เมตร ภายใต้งบประมาณ ๖๒๖,๐๐๐ บาท กำหนดเวลาแล้วเสร็จภายใน ๖๐ วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ ๕๐ ของมูลค่างาน และต้องใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ ๕๐ ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด

The project involves installing drainage pipes with a diameter of 0.50 meters and a total length of 142.00 meters. The objectives are to improve wastewater drainage, reduce flooding and odor, and widen the road shoulder. The budget allocated is 626,000 Baht, with a completion period of 60 days from the contract signing date. Bid selection will be based on price. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, including having construction experience equivalent to at least 50% of the contract value and utilizing at least 50% of domestically produced materials.
