โรงพยาบาลเลิดสิน มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อชุดน้ำยาตรวจวิเคราะห์หาปริมาณเชื้อไวรัสในเลือด จำนวน 3 รายการ ได้แก่ ชุดน้ำยาตรวจ HIV-1 RNA (6,912 tests/ปี), HBV DNA (3,072 tests/ปี) และ HCV RNA (960 tests/ปี) เพื่อรองรับการให้บริการทางชีวโมเลกุลของกลุ่มงานพยาธิวิทยาคลินิกและเทคนิคการแพทย์ ตอบสนองต่อการส่งตรวจของแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยด้วยผลตรวจที่แม่นยำและรวดเร็ว
โครงการมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 9,805,418.56 บาท กำหนดระยะเวลาสัญญา 12 เดือน โดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาในการตัดสิน ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบน้ำยาเป็นงวดๆ ภายใน 15 วันหลังได้รับหนังสือสั่งซื้อ น้ำยาต้องมีอายุการใช้งานไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เดือนนับจากวันส่งมอบ และผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน IVD, US FDA หรือ CE Mark รวมถึงขึ้นทะเบียนกับ อย. ไทยเรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยต้องใช้งานร่วมกับเครื่องตรวจวิเคราะห์อัตโนมัติ Cobas 6800 ของโรงพยาบาลได้
นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการจัดหาอุปกรณ์ เครื่องสำรองไฟ (UPS) วัสดุสิ้นเปลือง การสนับสนุนการควบคุมคุณภาพ (EQA/PT, Peer Group) การทวนสอบวิธีวิเคราะห์ (Method Verification) การจัดอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่อย่างน้อยปีละ 2 ครั้ง และหากเครื่องตรวจเกิดขัดข้องไม่สามารถแก้ไขได้ภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง ผู้ขายจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดในการส่งตัวอย่างไปตรวจ ณ ห้องปฏิบัติการภายนอกตลอดอายุสัญญา

Lerdsin Hospital is seeking to procure three types of blood viral load test kits: HIV-1 RNA (6,912 tests/year), HBV DNA (3,072 tests/year), and HCV RNA (960 tests/year) for its Molecular Biology unit under the Department of Clinical Pathology and Medical Technology. The project aims to support the increasing demand for specialized diagnostics and improve patient care with accurate and rapid results.
The total allocated budget is 9,805,418.56 THB for a contract duration of 12 months, evaluated based on the lowest price criteria. The seller must deliver reagents in lots within 15 days of receiving purchase orders. All reagents must have a remaining shelf life of at least 12 months upon delivery, be IVD-certified, comply with US FDA or CE Mark standards, and hold Thai FDA approvals. Reagents must be fully validated for use with the hospital’s existing Cobas 6800 automated analyzer.
Furthermore, the contractor is required to provide all necessary auxiliary equipment, a UPS system, consumables, quality assurance support (EQA/PT, Peer Group), Method Verification, and staff training at least twice a year. In the event of an equipment breakdown exceeding 24 hours, the contractor must absorb all costs associated with sending patient samples to external reference laboratories until the system is fully operational.
