การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย (กทพ.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อน้ำดื่มบรรจุถังใส ขนาด ๑๘.๙ ลิตร เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำดื่มจากเครื่องกรองมีกลิ่นและสีเหลือง รวมถึงไส้กรองที่เสื่อมสภาพเร็ว โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้พนักงานมีน้ำดื่มที่สะอาดบริโภค การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้ครอบคลุมการจัดส่งน้ำดื่มไปยังด่านเก็บค่าผ่านทางพิเศษบนทางพิเศษบูรพาวิถี จำนวน ๕ ด่าน และทางพิเศษกาญจนาภิเษก (บางพลี-สุขสวัสดิ์) จำนวน ๑๖ ด่าน รวมทั้งสิ้น ๒๒ ด่าน ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง มีหนังสือยืนยันความสามารถในการให้บริการจัดส่งน้ำดื่มตามจำนวนและสถานที่ที่กำหนดตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา ๑ ปี นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายต้องให้ยืมถังเปล่าเพื่อใช้หมุนเวียนโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย และต้องจัดทำแผนการทำงานภายใน ๗ วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา คุณลักษณะทางเทคนิคของน้ำดื่มต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียน อย. และรับรองมาตรฐาน HACCP รวมถึงโรงงานผลิตต้องได้รับใบอนุญาตและปฏิบัติตามหลักสุขอนามัยอย่างเคร่งครัด การจัดส่งน้ำดื่มจะดำเนินการเป็นรายเดือน โดย กทพ. จะจ่ายเงินเมื่อคณะกรรมการตรวจรับเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว มีอัตราค่าปรับ ๐.๒๐% ต่อวันหากส่งมอบล่าช้า และมีการรับประกันคุณภาพตลอดสัญญา

The Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) intends to procure drinking water in 18.9-liter containers to provide clean drinking water for employees. This procurement addresses issues of odor and yellowing from existing water filters and their rapid filter degradation at the Buraphawithi Expressway and Kanchanaphisek Expressway (Bang Phli-Suksawat). The project scope includes delivering water to 5 toll stations on the Buraphawithi Expressway and 16 toll stations on the Kanchanaphisek Expressway (Bang Phli-Suksawat), totaling 22 stations. Bidders must be manufacturers or appointed distributors, provide confirmation of their service capability, and adhere to specified drinking water standards. They are also required to submit a work plan within 7 days of contract signing and delivery reports. The water must meet Ministry of Public Health standards, be registered with the FDA, and have HACCP certification. The production facility must be licensed and comply with hygiene regulations. Deliveries will be monthly, with payment made after acceptance by the inspection committee. A penalty of 0.20% per day will be applied for late deliveries, and a warranty for quality and defects is provided throughout the contract period.
