กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมืองมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างก่อสร้างโครงการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำเมย พร้อมปรับภูมิทัศน์ บ้านวังผา หมู่ที่ ๔ ตำบลแม่จะเรา อำเภอแม่ระมาด จังหวัดตาก ความยาว ๘๓๓ เมตร วงเงินงบประมาณ ๗๐,๐๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (เจ็ดสิบล้านบาทถ้วน) วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือเพื่อลดความเสียหายและป้องกันการพังทลายของพื้นที่ตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำชายแดนระหว่างประเทศ และรักษาเขตแดนทางธรรมชาติ ตลอดแนวแม่น้ำชายแดน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นนิติบุคคลผู้มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานประเภทนี้ มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย และขึ้นทะเบียนงานก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งและชายฝั่งไม่ต่ำกว่าชั้น ๒ กับกรมบัญชีกลาง โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาก่อสร้าง ๗๐๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มทำงาน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาจากราคารวม

The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning intends to contract the construction of the Maeoei River Embankment Protection and Landscape Improvement Project at Wang Pha Village, Moo 4, Mae Charao Subdistrict, Mae Ramat District, Tak Province, with a length of 833 meters, with an estimated budget of 70,000,000 Baht. The primary objective is to reduce damage and prevent erosion of the riverbank along the international border, thereby preserving the natural border. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including being a legal entity engaged in this type of construction, legally capable, and registered with the Comptroller General’s Department for embankment and coastal protection construction at a minimum of Class 2. The construction period is 700 days from the date of the notice to commence work. The selection of proposals will be based on the total price.
