เมืองพัทยาซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางเศรษฐกิจและการท่องเที่ยวที่สำคัญ กำลังเผชิญกับการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเมืองอย่างรวดเร็ว ส่งผลกระทบต่อการจัดเก็บภาษี แม้จะมีการใช้ระบบสารสนเทศภูมิศาสตร์ (GIS) แล้ว แต่ข้อมูลบางส่วนยังไม่เป็นปัจจุบัน ทำให้สูญเสียโอกาสในการจัดเก็บรายได้ โครงการนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสำรวจและเก็บข้อมูลที่ดิน สิ่งปลูกสร้าง และป้ายทั้งหมดในเขตเมืองพัทยา เพื่อปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลแผนที่ภาษีและทะเบียนทรัพย์สินให้ครบถ้วนและเป็นปัจจุบันยิ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ยังมีเป้าหมายเพื่อจัดหาเอกสารสิทธิ์ที่ดิน เพิ่มรายได้จากการจัดเก็บภาษี และจัดทำภาพถ่ายทางอากาศด้วยอากาศยานไร้คน (UAV) เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการเมือง การวางแผนพัฒนาเมืองในอนาคต และการก้าวสู่การเป็นเมืองอัจฉริยะ (Smart City) ตามยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ

Pattaya City, a key economic and tourism hub, faces rapid urban changes impacting tax collection. Despite using GIS, incomplete data leads to lost revenue opportunities. This project aims to survey and collect comprehensive data on land, buildings, and signs within Pattaya to update the tax map and property registry database, thereby enhancing tax collection efficiency and supporting future urban planning and smart city initiatives. Key activities include creating master maps, conducting aerial surveys with UAVs, field surveys, data input into the system, system upgrades, and personnel training.
