เทศบาลตําบลท่ายางประกาศประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โครงการปรับปรุงผิวจราจรแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต สายหมู่ที่ ๒ ถนนสูง – หมู่ที่ ๓ ท่ากระเทียม (หลังปั๊ม ปตท.) ตําบลท่ายาง อําเภอท่ายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ด้วยงบประมาณ ๒,๐๕๘,๐๐๐ บาท โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการเดินทางและการคมนาคมขนส่งของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ลดปัญหาฝุ่นละอองที่เกิดจากการชำรุดของผิวจราจร และเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการบริหารงานของเทศบาลฯ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการรื้อผิวลาดยางเดิมและพื้นหินคลุก การปรับเกลี่ยและบดอัดพื้นทางเดิม การทำพื้นทางหินคลุกบดอัดแน่นตามแบบ การลงไพรมโค๊ต การทำผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต และการตีเส้นจราจรตามแบบแปลนที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างมีระยะเวลาส่งมอบงาน ๙๐ วัน และจะได้รับค่าจ้างเป็นงวดเดียว ๑๐๐% เมื่อส่งมอบงานครบถ้วนตามสัญญา คุณสมบัติผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอที่สำคัญคือต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันไม่น้อยกว่า ๖๑๗,๐๐๐ บาท มีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการเป็นบวก หรือมีวงเงินสินเชื่อ ๑ ใน ๔ ของงบประมาณโครงการ และต้องมีโรงงานผสมแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตที่ได้รับอนุญาต หรือเอกสารยินยอมให้ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์จากโรงงานที่ได้มาตรฐาน พร้อมแสดงแผนที่และระยะขนส่งที่กำหนด การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก

Thayang Subdistrict Municipality is inviting e-bidding for the Asphalt Concrete Road Surface Improvement Project on Soi Moo 2 Thanon Sung - Moo 3 Thakratiam (behind PTT gas station) in Thayang Subdistrict, Thayang District, Phetchaburi Province, with a budget of 2,058,000 Baht. The project aims to facilitate convenient transportation for residents, reduce dust pollution from damaged road surfaces, and enhance the efficiency of the municipality’s operations. Key bidder qualifications include having similar construction experience worth at least 617,000 Baht, a positive net worth or a credit line equivalent to 1/4 of the project budget, and possessing a licensed asphalt concrete mixing plant or consent to use products from a certified plant, along with a map showing the plant location and specified transport distances. The selection criteria will primarily be based on price.
