เอกสารประกวดราคาเช่าด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เลขที่โครงการของราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเช่าระบบโทรศัพท์แบบ Cloud PBX พร้อมติดตั้ง จำนวน 1 ระบบ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสื่อสารโทรศัพท์ของราชวิทยาลัยฯ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ มีความยืดหยุ่น และทันสมัย พัสดุที่จะนำเสนอต้องเป็นของแท้ อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานทันที และมีเอกสารรับรองจากเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนการเชื่อมต่อระบบว่าสามารถทำงานร่วมกับระบบบริหารจัดการโทรศัพท์เดิมของราชวิทยาลัยจุฬาภรณ์ได้

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องดำเนินการส่งมอบพัสดุและติดตั้งระบบให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 210 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีระยะเวลาในการเช่ารวม 365 วัน การชำระเงินค่าเช่าจะแบ่งออกเป็น 12 งวดรายเดือน (งวดที่ 1-11 งวดละ 8.33% และงวดสุดท้าย 8.37%) การตัดสินผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา (Total Price) เป็นหลัก พร้อมสิทธิประโยชน์แต้มต่อราคาสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และสินค้าที่ได้รับรับรอง Made in Thailand (MiT) ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาต้องวางหลักประกันสัญญา 5% และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องตลอดระยะเวลาเช่าไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี โดยต้องเข้าแก้ไขข้อขัดข้องภายใน 5 วันนับจากได้รับแจ้ง

Bidders must provide an official certification letter from the product owner verifying that the proposed integration interface is fully compatible with the Academy’s existing telephone management system.
