โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้ามีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาซื้อยา CLOPIDOGREL TABLET ๗๕ MG จำนวน ๑ รายการ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดหาเพิ่มเติมหรือทดแทนยาเดิมที่ใช้ไปในการบริการผู้ป่วย โดยใช้งบประมาณจากเงินรายรับของสถานพยาบาล วงเงินงบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรรคือ ๒๖,๑๗๐,๒๐๐.๐๐ บาท (ยี่สิบหกล้านหนึ่งแสนเจ็ดหมื่นสองร้อยบาทถ้วน) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด รวมถึงการเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคา ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) โดยมีข้อกำหนดด้านมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียนที่เรียกชำระแล้ว หรือวงเงินสินเชื่อสนับสนุน กำหนดเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุคือ ๕ วันทำการ นับถัดจากวันลงนามในใบสั่งให้ส่งของ การจ่ายเงินจะดำเนินการเมื่อผู้ขายได้ส่งมอบสิ่งของครบถ้วนตามสัญญาและได้รับการตรวจรับเรียบร้อยแล้ว เกณฑ์การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาประกอบเกณฑ์อื่น โดยให้น้ำหนักคะแนนราคา ๓๐% และข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคหรือข้อเสนออื่น ๗๐% โดยผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำด้านเทคนิคที่กำหนด อัตราค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบล่าช้าคิดในอัตราร้อยละ ๐.๒๐ ของราคาค่าสิ่งของที่ยังไม่ได้รับมอบต่อวัน

Phramongkutklao Hospital intends to procure CLOPIDOGREL TABLET 75 MG, one item, through electronic bidding (e-bidding). This procurement aims to acquire additional or replacement medication for patient services, funded by hospital revenue. The allocated budget is 26,170,200.00 Baht. Bidders must meet all legal and specified qualifications, including being a legal entity engaged in the sale of the specified goods, not having conflicting interests, and being registered in the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system. Requirements for net worth, registered capital, or credit line are stipulated. The delivery period is 5 working days after the signing of the delivery order. Payment will be made upon complete delivery and acceptance of goods. The selection criteria will be based on price and other technical/commercial proposals, with a 30% weight for price and 70% for technical/other proposals, requiring bidders to meet a minimum technical score. A penalty of 0.20% per day of the undelivered value will be applied for late delivery.
