โรงเรียนวัดพระยาสุเรนทร์ (บุญมีอนุกูล) มีความประสงค์จะประกวดราคาจ้างเหมาตัดเย็บชุดพละสำหรับนักเรียนจำนวน ๑,๔๘๔ คน เพื่อให้นักเรียนมีชุดพละสำหรับสวมใส่ในปีการศึกษา ๒๕๖๙ โดยใช้งบประมาณ ๖๖๗,๘๐๐.๐๐ บาท ผู้สนใจจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลหรือบุคคลธรรมดาที่มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานดังกล่าว มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย และมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่ระบุในเอกสารเชิญชวน รวมถึงต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการตัดเย็บชุดพละทั้งเสื้อและกางเกงสำหรับนักเรียนระดับอนุบาลถึงมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ ๖ ตามรายละเอียดและคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กรุงเทพมหานครกำหนด รวมถึงการส่งตัวอย่างผ้าและชุดพละ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องส่งรายงานผลการทดสอบเนื้อผ้าและแถบสะท้อนแสงด้วย กำหนดเวลาส่งมอบงานคือ ๓๐ วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การจ่ายเงินจะดำเนินการเมื่อตรวจรับมอบงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะยึดหลักเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด โดยราคาต่อหน่วยต้องไม่เกินราคากลาง มีการกำหนดอัตราค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบล่าช้าและค่าปรับกรณีจ้างช่วง และผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา ๓๐ วัน
