โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อและติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศใหม่ทดแทนเครื่องปรับอากาศเดิมและติดตั้งในห้องประชุมต่างๆ ภายในอาคาร BS.01 และ BS.02 โดยมีรายการเครื่องปรับอากาศที่ต้องการจัดซื้อทั้งหมด 5 ประเภท รวมจำนวน 20 เครื่อง ประกอบด้วย เครื่องปรับอากาศชนิดแขวนใต้ฝ้าขนาด 36,000 BTU จำนวน 4 เครื่อง (รองรับระบบไฟฟ้า 380V และ 220V), เครื่องปรับอากาศชนิดแขวนใต้ฝ้าขนาด 13,000 BTU จำนวน 1 เครื่อง, เครื่องปรับอากาศชนิดแขวนใต้ฝ้าขนาด 24,000 BTU จำนวน 1 เครื่อง, เครื่องปรับอากาศแบบเปลือยฝังในฝ้าเพดานขนาด 42,000 BTU จำนวน 12 เครื่อง (รองรับระบบไฟฟ้า 380V) และเครื่องปรับอากาศแบบ 4 ทิศทางขนาด 30,000 BTU จำนวน 3 เครื่อง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการรื้อถอนเครื่องปรับอากาศเดิม สายไฟ ท่อน้ำยา และเซอร์กิตเบรกเกอร์เดิม รวมถึงติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศใหม่ตามคุณลักษณะที่กำหนดในเอกสาร TOR อย่างครบถ้วน รวมถึงการซ่อมแซมฝ้าเพดาน ทาสี เก็บรายละเอียด และทำความสะอาดพื้นที่หลังการติดตั้ง นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันอะไหล่และงานติดตั้งไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี และส่งมอบงานพร้อมติดตั้งให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา

This project involves the procurement and installation of new air conditioning units to replace existing ones and for installation in various meeting rooms within buildings BS.01 and BS.02. The scope includes 5 types of air conditioners, totaling 20 units: four 36,000 BTU ceiling-type units (supporting 380V and 220V power systems), one 13,000 BTU ceiling-type unit, one 24,000 BTU ceiling-type unit, twelve 42,000 BTU ducted/concealed units (supporting 380V power systems), and three 30,000 BTU 4-way cassette units. The contractor is responsible for dismantling existing air conditioners, electrical wiring, refrigerant pipes, and circuit breakers, as well as installing the new units according to the specified technical requirements. This includes repairing ceilings, painting, detailing, and cleaning the work areas post-installation. Furthermore, the contractor must provide a warranty for parts and installation for at least 1 year and complete the delivery and installation within 120 days from the contract signing date.
