จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย โดยสำนักบริหารเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โน๊ตบุ๊ค จำนวน 30 เครื่อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรทั้งภายในและภายนอกมหาวิทยาลัย โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับการทำงาน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดในเอกสารประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ซึ่งรวมถึงความสามารถตามกฎหมาย การมีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคา และการลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง นอกจากนี้ ยังมีข้อกำหนดด้านมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียน รวมถึงการมีหนังสือรับรองวงเงินสินเชื่อหากจำเป็น คุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์โน๊ตบุ๊คมีรายละเอียดเฉพาะเจาะจง เช่น CPU, RAM, SSD, จอภาพ, กล้อง Webcam, การเชื่อมต่อเครือข่าย และระบบปฏิบัติการ การรับประกันและการบำรุงรักษาเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ โดยกำหนดให้มีการรับประกันอย่างน้อย 3 ปี แบบ On-site Service พร้อมประกันภัยเพิ่มเติมครอบคลุมความเสียหายจากอุบัติเหตุ การส่งมอบต้องดำเนินการภายใน 90 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา พร้อมติดตั้งระบบปฏิบัติการและโปรแกรมที่มหาวิทยาลัยจัดเตรียม การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 1,500,000 บาท
