โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงถนนลาดยาง อจ.ถ. ๑-๐๐๒๘ ซึ่งเชื่อมระหว่างบ้านโสกใหญ่และบ้านเสารีย์ ในอำเภอปทุมราชวงศา พนา จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ ให้มีสภาพดีขึ้น เพื่อความสะดวกและปลอดภัยในการสัญจรของประชาชน การปรับปรุงจะครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางใหม่ขนาดกว้าง 5.00 เมตร พร้อมไหล่ทางข้างละ 0-0.50 เมตร มีความยาวรวม 1,664 เมตร หรือพื้นที่รวมไม่น้อยกว่า 11,618 ตารางเมตร โดยการก่อสร้างเป็นไปตามแบบแปลนขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ (อบจ.อจ.) และแบบมาตรฐานงานทางสำหรับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (อปท.) พ.ศ. 2556 ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ดำเนินงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 150 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 6 ปี

This project involves the construction and improvement of asphalt concrete road Aj.Tor. 1-0028, connecting Ban Sok Yai and Ban Sao Ri in Pathum Ratchawongsa Panna District, Amnat Charoen Province. The road will be 5.00 meters wide with 0-0.50 meter shoulders on each side, totaling 1,664 meters in length or no less than 11,618 square meters in area, according to the design of the Amnat Charoen Provincial Administration Organization and the standard road design for Local Administrative Organizations B.E. 2556. The contractor must complete the construction within 150 days from the date of signing the contract and guarantee defects for a period of not less than 6 years.
