โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการระบายน้ำในพื้นที่ซอยราชพฤกษ์ 1 ถึงคลองสันตะไพร หมู่ที่ 3 ตําบลดอนหัวฬ่อ โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการก่อสร้างท่อระบายน้ํา ค.ส.ล. ชนิดท่อเหลี่ยม (Box Culvert) ขนาด 1.00x1.00 เมตร ความยาว 840.00 เมตร พร้อมบ่อพักฝาเหล็กหล่อทุกระยะไม่เกิน 15.00 เมตร ทำให้รวมความยาวท่อระบายน้ำและบ่อพักไม่น้อยกว่า 900.00 เมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังมีงานตีเส้นจราจร และงานก่อสร้างถนนแอสฟัสท์ติกคอนกรีตใน 3 ช่วงพื้นที่ ได้แก่ ช่วงแรก กว้าง 5.00 เมตร ยาว 210 เมตร หนา 0.05 เมตร (พื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,036 ตารางเมตร) ช่วงที่สอง กว้าง 7.00 เมตร ยาว 557.00 เมตร หนา 0.05 เมตร (พื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 3,805.00 ตารางเมตร) พร้อมยกฝาบ่อเดิม 56 ฝา และเปลี่ยนฝาเหล็กหล่อใหม่ และช่วงที่สาม กว้าง 5.00-7.00 เมตร ยาว 135.00 เมตร หนา 0.05 เมตร (พื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 354.00 ตารางเมตร) พร้อมวางท่อระบายน้ําและฝาเหล็กหล่อใหม่ รวมถึงการติดตั้งสัญญาณไฟกระพริบพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete box culvert (Box Culvert) with dimensions of 1.00x1.00 meters and a length of 840.00 meters, along with cast iron manholes every 15.00 meters, resulting in a total culvert and manhole length of at least 900.00 meters. The project also includes traffic line marking and asphalt concrete road construction in three sections. The asphalt concrete road construction areas are as follows: the first section is 5.00 meters wide, 210 meters long, and 0.05 meters thick (area of at least 1,036 square meters); the second section is 7.00 meters wide, 557.00 meters long, and 0.05 meters thick (area of at least 3,805.00 square meters), including raising 56 existing manhole covers and replacing them with new cast iron covers; and the third section is 5.00-7.00 meters wide, 135.00 meters long, and 0.05 meters thick (area of at least 354.00 square meters), including installing new drainage pipes and cast iron covers, and installing solar-powered flashing lights.
