โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างบำรุงรักษารถดับเพลิงอากาศยาน รถบรรทุกน้ำดับเพลิง รถกู้ภัยอากาศยาน และรถปูพื้นกู้ภัยอากาศยาน ในท่าอากาศยานต่างๆ ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย เพื่อให้รถดับเพลิงและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานและมีประสิทธิภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อยืดอายุการใช้งาน ลดปัญหาการเสียหาย และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของระบบรถดับเพลิงและอุปกรณ์กู้ภัยต่างๆ ให้พร้อมใช้งานได้ตลอดเวลา

ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น การเปลี่ยนอะไหล่และอุปกรณ์ตามอายุการใช้งาน การทำความสะอาดระบบต่างๆ และการทดสอบการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแผนการปฏิบัติงานและรายงานผลการดำเนินงานอย่างละเอียด

โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 210 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยกรมท่าอากาศยานจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้เสนอราคาต่ำสุดที่ผ่านเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติและรายละเอียดทางเทคนิค

This project aims to hire maintenance services for aviation fire trucks, water trucks, rescue vehicles, and rescue pavement vehicles in various airports in northeastern Thailand. The goal is to ensure that fire trucks and related equipment are in operational condition and meet required standards. Objectives include extending the lifespan of the equipment, minimizing damage, and enhancing the efficiency of fire extinguishing and rescue systems for constant readiness.

The scope of work includes preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, replacement of parts and equipment based on usage, cleaning of various systems, and functional testing of equipment. The contractor is required to prepare a work plan and detailed progress reports.

The project duration is 210 days from the contract signing date. The Department of Airports will select the lowest bidder who meets the qualification criteria and technical specifications.
