การท่าเรือแห่งประเทศไทยมีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบำรุงรักษา ซ่อมแซม และแก้ไขระบบคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่าย อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และอุปกรณ์สนับสนุนของท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดปีงบประมาณ 2570 โดยโครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) การซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) และการจัดเจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานประจำที่ท่าเรือแหลมฉบัง สัญญาจ้างมีระยะเวลา 12 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2569 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2570 ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานเสมอ รวมถึงการแก้ไขปัญหาขัดข้องต่างๆ ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และต้องจัดส่งบุคลากรที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่ระบุไว้เพื่อปฏิบัติงานประจำ การประเมินผลการเสนอราคาจะพิจารณาจากราคาที่เสนอรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มต่ำสุด โดยมีสิทธิพิเศษสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และผู้ประกอบการไทย

The Laem Chabang Port, Port Authority of Thailand, intends to contract for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of its server computer systems, network equipment, and supporting devices to ensure continuous and efficient operation throughout the fiscal year 2570. This project encompasses preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and the provision of on-site personnel. The contract duration is 12 months, from October 1, 2569, to September 30, 2570. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining equipment in operational condition, resolving issues within specified response times, and deploying qualified personnel for on-site duties. Bid evaluation will be based on the lowest total price including VAT, with preferential treatment for SMEs and Thai businesses.
