ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการสำรวจพื้นที่, จัดทำแผนงาน, จัดหาบุคลากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ, และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้งานแล้วเสร็จตามข้อกำหนด นอกจากนี้ยังต้องรับผิดชอบในการทดสอบระบบ, ฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงพยาบาล, และรับประกันคุณภาพงานเป็นระยะเวลา 365 วัน

The contractor will be responsible for conducting site surveys, developing work plans, providing skilled personnel, and coordinating with relevant agencies to ensure project completion according to specifications. Additionally, they must undertake system testing, train hospital staff, and guarantee the quality of work for 365 days.
