ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การออกแบบ Key Visual, Concept และ Theme ของงาน, การจัดทำการ์ดเชิญอิเล็กทรอนิกส์, การจัดหาสถานที่จัดกิจกรรมที่เป็นโรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาวขึ้นไปในกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ไม่เกิน 10 กิโลเมตรจากสำนักงานใหญ่คลองเตยหรือสำนักงานเพลินจิต และต้องมีห้องจัดกิจกรรม 2 ห้อง (พิธีมอบของที่ระลึกและงานเลี้ยงสังสรรค์) พร้อมห้องรับรอง 3 ห้อง นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการจัดหาที่พักสำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่ MEA 1 คืน, การจัดเตรียมอาหารว่างและอาหารกลางวันแบบโต๊ะจีนนานาชาติสำหรับ 530 คน, การจัดหาของที่ระลึก 477 ชิ้น มูลค่าไม่ต่ำกว่าชิ้นละ 350 บาท, การจัดหานักร้องและวงดนตรียอดนิยมที่มีชื่อเสียง, พิธีกร, คาราโอเกะ, ระบบโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ แสง สี เสียง, ทีมงานควบคุมดูแล, และการถ่ายภาพนิ่งและภาพเคลื่อนไหวตลอดงาน ผู้รับจ้างต้อง Set Up พื้นที่ให้แล้วเสร็จก่อนเริ่มงานไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ชั่วโมง และรื้อถอนคืนสภาพเดิมเมื่อจบกิจกรรม การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา 20% และคุณภาพ 80% โดยข้อเสนอด้านคุณภาพต้องผ่านเกณฑ์ขั้นต่ำ 80% ก่อน

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) is seeking to hire a specialized private company to organize a souvenir presentation event for its retired employees for the year 2026. The event is scheduled for Monday, September 21, 2026, from 07:30 to 14:00, targeting 530 retired employees and staff. The primary objectives are to honor the contributions of retired employees, foster good relationships between management and retirees, and enhance the organization’s image.

The scope of work includes designing the event’s Key Visual, Concept, and Theme, creating e-invitations, and securing a venue. The venue must be a 4-star hotel or equivalent in Bangkok, located within 10 km of MEA’s Khlong Toei or Ploenchit headquarters, featuring two event rooms (for the presentation ceremony and banquet) and three VIP rooms. The contractor must complete venue setup at least 2 hours before the event starts and restore the area afterward. Bid evaluation will be based on a 20% price and 80% quality weighting, with quality proposals requiring a minimum score of 80% to pass.
