โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถกระเช้าไฟฟ้าติดตั้งเครนไฮดรอลิกพร้อมกระเช้าสำหรับติดตั้งไฟฟ้า ชนิด 6 ล้อ ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 150 แรงม้า กระเช้าสูงไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เมตร จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานด้านวิศวกรรม งานซ่อมแซม งานซ่อมบำรุงงานสาธารณูปโภค งานซ่อมบำรุงไฟฟ้าสาธารณะ และงานภารกิจอื่นๆ ของเทศบาลเมืองท่าโขลง

ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหารถยนต์บรรทุก 6 ล้อ พร้อมเครื่องยนต์ดีเซลเทอร์โบอินเตอร์คูลเลอร์, ติดตั้งกระบะบรรทุกและเครนไฮดรอลิกแบบพับหลังเก๋ง, ติดตั้งกระเช้าไฟเบอร์กลาสสำหรับติดตั้งไฟฟ้าที่สามารถยืดได้สูงไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เมตร, และติดตั้งอุปกรณ์สัญญาณไฟต่างๆ ให้ครบถ้วนตามที่กรมการขนส่งทางบกกำหนด

ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด มีหลักฐานการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่าย มีศูนย์บริการในจังหวัดปทุมธานี และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 90 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา

The objective of this project is to procure a hydraulic crane truck with an insulated aerial platform, 6-wheel type, with an engine power of not less than 150 horsepower and a basket height of not less than 12 meters, in order to support engineering operations, infrastructure maintenance, public electricity maintenance, and other tasks of the Tha Khlong Municipality.

The scope of work includes the supply of a 6-wheel truck with a diesel turbo intercooler engine, installation of a cargo bed and a knuckle boom hydraulic crane, installation of a fiberglass basket for electrical installation that can extend to a height of not less than 12 meters, and installation of complete signal lights as specified by the Department of Land Transport.

Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, have proof of dealership, have a service center in Pathum Thani Province, and provide a warranty against defects for a period of not less than 1 year. Delivery is required within 90 days after signing the contract.
