โครงการจัดซื้อรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด 6 ตัน 6 ล้อ แบบกระบะเทท้าย มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ศูนย์เพาะชํากล้าไม้ยโสธร สังกัดสํานักส่งเสริมการปลูกป่า โดยรถบรรทุกนี้จะใช้สนับสนุนการเพาะชํากล้าไม้ การพัฒนาพื้นที่ และการบริการขนย้าย แจกจ่ายกล้าไม้แก่หน่วยงานภาครัฐและประชาชนทั่วไป เพื่อเพิ่มพื้นที่สีเขียวตามนโยบายของกรมป่าไม้

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดหารถบรรทุกดีเซลขนาด 6 ตัน 6 ล้อ ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ํากว่า 5,000 ซีซี หรือกําลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ํากว่า 170 กิโลวัตต์ พร้อมกระบะเทท้ายที่ได้มาตรฐาน มีระบบไฮดรอลิกยกเท และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องครบครัน โดยตัวรถต้องเป็นของใหม่ ผลิตและประกอบจากโรงงานที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 และ ISO 14001

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน และมีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคาด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์

การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคา โดยผู้ขายต้องส่งมอบรถยนต์ ณ ศูนย์เพาะชํากล้าไม้ยโสธร ภายใน 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และรับประกันคุณภาพตัวรถไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี หรือ 900,000 กิโลเมตร

This project aims to procure a 6-ton, 6-wheel diesel truck with a tipper bed for the Yasothon Forest Seedling Nursery, under the Forest Plantation Promotion Office. The truck, with an engine displacement of at least 5,000 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 170 kilowatts, will enhance the nursery’s capabilities in seedling cultivation, development, and distribution to government agencies and the public, supporting the national forest policy’s green space expansion.

The scope includes supplying a standard tipper truck with a hydraulic system and related equipment. The vehicle must be new, manufactured and assembled in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified factories.

Bidders must meet legal qualifications, have no conflicts of interest, and be engaged in the electronic bidding process.

Selection will be based on price. The supplier must deliver the truck to the Yasothon Nursery within 90 days of contract signing and provide a warranty of at least 3 years or 900,000 kilometers.
