โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงาน (พร้อมระบบประกอบอาคาร) สูงไม่เกิน ๗ ชั้น มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อให้มีอาคารสำนักงานที่ทันสมัย เป็นสัดส่วน และสามารถรองรับการขยายตัวของหน่วยงานได้ในอนาคต รวมถึงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยงานโครงสร้าง (Foundation, Column, Beam, Slab), งานสถาปัตยกรรม (ผนัง, พื้น, ฝ้าเพดาน, ประตู, หน้าต่าง), งานระบบไฟฟ้าและสื่อสาร (ระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง, ระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง, ระบบสื่อสารโทรคมนาคม), งานระบบสุขาภิบาลและดับเพลิง (ระบบประปา, ระบบระบายน้ำ, ระบบดับเพลิง), และงานปรับภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบอาคาร

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดในเอกสารประกวดราคา และจะต้องนำเสนอแผนการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจน รวมถึงรายละเอียดของวัสดุที่จะใช้ในการก่อสร้าง เพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าอาคารจะถูกสร้างขึ้นตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดและสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในระยะยาว

This project is a bidding process for the construction of an office building (including building systems) with a height of no more than 7 floors. The main objective is to provide a modern and proportionate office building that can accommodate the future expansion of the organization, as well as to increase the efficiency of personnel operations.

The scope of work includes structural work (Foundation, Column, Beam, Slab), architectural work (walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows), electrical and communication systems (lighting systems, power systems, telecommunication systems), sanitary and fire protection systems (water supply systems, drainage systems, fire protection systems), and landscaping around the building.

Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the bidding documents and must submit a clear work plan, including details of the materials to be used in construction, to ensure that the building is constructed to the required standards and can be used efficiently in the long term.
