กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมืองมีความประสงค์จะจ้างก่อสร้างโครงการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำ บ้านเหล่ามะเหยือง หมู่ที่ ๕ - บ้านดงมะเฟือง หมู่ที่ 5 ตำบลเหล่ายาว อำเภอบ้านโฮ่ง จังหวัดลำพูน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการกัดเซาะตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อลดความเสียหายและป้องกันการพังทลายของพื้นที่ตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำ โดยจะดำเนินการก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมแม่น้ำ ความยาวรวม 488 เมตร จากแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้างที่ได้ปรับปรุงให้มีความมั่นคงแข็งแรงและสอดคล้องกับสภาพพื้นที่ปัจจุบัน วงเงินงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 48,000,000 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงการขึ้นทะเบียนงานก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งและชายฝั่งกับกรมบัญชีกลาง ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 และเหล็กที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณที่ใช้ทั้งหมด ระยะเวลาก่อสร้างคือ 650 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มงาน การจ่ายเงินจะแบ่งออกเป็น 69 งวด ตามความคืบหน้าของงานและผ่านการตรวจรับ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นเวลา 2 ปี

The Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning intends to contract the construction of a revetment project along the riverbank at Ban Lao Mahaeuang Moo 5 - Ban Dong Mafueng Moo 5, Lao Yao Subdistrict, Ban Hong District, Lamphun Province. The project aims to prevent and mitigate damage caused by riverbank erosion affecting residents. The construction will involve building a revetment with a total length of 488 meters, based on revised engineering designs to ensure stability and suitability for the current site conditions. The budget allocated for this project is 48,000,000 Baht. Bidders must meet specified qualifications, including registration with the Comptroller General’s Department for revetment and coastal construction projects. The contractor is required to use at least 50% domestically produced materials and 90% domestically produced steel. The construction period is 650 days from the date of the notice to commence work. Payments will be made in 69 installments based on work progress and inspection. The contractor must provide a warranty for defects and damages for a period of 2 years after the final inspection.
