กรมโยธาธิการและผังเมืองมีความประสงค์จะจ้างก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งริมแม่น้ําเมย พร้อมปรับภูมิทัศน์ บริเวณบ้านแม่กุใหม่ท่าซุง หมู่ที่ ๙ ตําบลแม่กุ อําเภอแม่สอด จังหวัดตาก มีความยาว ๔๙๕ เมตร เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการกัดเซาะตลิ่งริมแม่น้ําชายแดนระหว่างประเทศ และรักษาเขตแดนทางธรรมชาติ โครงการนี้มีวงเงินงบประมาณ ๔๕,๐๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (สี่สิบห้าล้านบาทถ้วน) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด เช่น การขึ้นทะเบียนงานก่อสร้างเขื่อนป้องกันตลิ่งและชายฝั่งกับกรมบัญชีกลางไม่น้อยกว่าชั้น ๓ และมีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง การก่อสร้างต้องเป็นไปตามแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้างที่กำหนด โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ ๕๐ และเหล็กไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ ๙๐ การจ่ายเงินจะแบ่งออกเป็น ๖๕ งวด ตามความคืบหน้าของงาน และจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาเป็นสำคัญ

The project involves the construction of a revetment along the Mae Khong River and landscape improvement at Ban Mae Ku Mai Tha Sung, Moo 9, Mae Ku Subdistrict, Mae Sot District, Tak Province, with a length of 495 meters. The objective is to prevent riverbank erosion and preserve the natural border. The estimated budget is 45,000,000 Baht. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including registration as a Class 3 contractor for revetment and coastal works with the Comptroller General’s Department and relevant experience. Construction must adhere to the provided drawings and specifications, with requirements for using at least 50% domestic materials and 90% domestic steel. Payment will be made in 65 installments based on work progress. The selection criterion will be primarily based on price.
