โครงการก่อสร้างท่อระบายน้ําพร้อมบ่อพักนี้ ดําเนินการโดยเทศบาลตําบลมาบแค มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการระบายน้ําในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 1 โดยการก่อสร้างท่อระบายน้ําคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 0.50 เมตร พร้อมบ่อพัก มีความยาวรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 183.00 เมตร จุดเริ่มต้นโครงการอยู่ที่บริเวณบ้านคุณบุญสม สงวนรักษา บ้านเลขที่ 37/1 และสิ้นสุดที่การเชื่อมต่อกับท่อระบายน้ําเดิมบริเวณบ้านคมสันต์ รุ่งหนุ่ม บ้านเลขที่ 46/2 นอกจากงานก่อสร้างท่อและบ่อพักแล้ว โครงการยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ ราคากลางของโครงการนี้อยู่ที่ 618,015.34 บาท โดยมี Factor F เท่ากับ 1.3642
