สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย (วว.) โดยศูนย์เชี่ยวชาญนวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพร (คนส.) กำลังดำเนินการจัดซื้อชุดระเหยแห้งสารออกฤทธิ์ชีวภาพ จำนวน 1 ชุด เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพการผลิตสารออกฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพจากสมุนไพรไทยในระดับกึ่งอุตสาหกรรม โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการพึ่งพาการนำเข้าสารออกฤทธิ์บริสุทธิ์สูง และข้อจำกัดของเครื่องมือที่มีอยู่ในประเทศที่ไม่สามารถรองรับการผลิตในระดับที่สูงขึ้นได้ ชุดระเหยแห้งนี้จะช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการกำจัดตัวทำละลาย ลดระยะเวลาการทำงาน คงสภาพสารสำคัญ และรองรับการขยายขนาดการผลิต (scale-up) จากระดับห้องปฏิบัติการสู่ระดับโรงงานนำร่อง ซึ่งจะส่งผลดีต่อการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ยา อาหารเสริม และเครื่องสำอาง รวมถึงเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการวิจัยและพัฒนาแก่ภาคอุตสาหกรรม โดยเฉพาะผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR และส่งมอบสิ่งของภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ณ สถาบันวิจัยวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งประเทศไทย จังหวัดปทุมธานี

The Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) intends to procure one (1) set of bioactive compound dry evaporator. This procurement is part of a project to enhance the industrial service capacity for producing high-purity bioactive compounds from Thai herbs. The objectives are to improve solvent removal efficiency, elevate the concentration and quality of extracts, and support the scale-up of production from laboratory to pilot plant levels. The dry evaporator will enable more efficient solvent elimination, reduce processing time, preserve active compounds, and facilitate the transition to larger-scale manufacturing. This will benefit the development of pharmaceutical, dietary supplement, and cosmetic products, as well as strengthen research and development capabilities for industries, particularly SMEs. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and deliver the equipment within 120 days from the contract signing date, to be delivered at TISTR, Pathum Thani.
