โรงพยาบาลเชียงรายประชานุเคราะห์ ดำเนินการจัดซื้อยาจำนวน 6 รายการ ได้แก่ Levodopa 200 mg + Benserazide 50 mg, Irinotecan 100 mg/5 mL, Bevacizumab 100 mg/4 mL, Entacapone 200 mg, Brimonidine tartrate 0.2% และ Hydralazine 25 mg รวมถึง Tamsulosin 0.4 mg โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหายาที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานสากลมาใช้ในการรักษาพยาบาล

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการส่งมอบยาที่ต้องมีคุณภาพตาม Finished product specification และ Drug substance specification ที่อ้างอิงตามเภสัชตำรับ (BP/USP) ฉบับล่าสุด ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีเอกสารรับรองมาตรฐานการผลิตยา PIC/S และมีระบบการจัดเก็บและขนส่งยาตามหลักเกณฑ์ GSP และ GDP นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีเอกสารยืนยันความคงสภาพของยา (Stability Study) และผลการศึกษาชีวสมมูล (Bioequivalence) ในกรณีที่เป็นยาสามัญ (Generic drugs) ตามเงื่อนไขที่ อย. กำหนด ทั้งนี้หน่วยงานสงวนสิทธิ์ในการสุ่มตรวจวิเคราะห์คุณภาพโดยกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ และผู้ขายต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการตรวจวิเคราะห์หากพบว่ายาไม่เป็นไปตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ
