โครงการก่อสร้างบ่อพักระบายน้ํา เทศบาลนครอ้อมน้อย จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบระบายน้ำในพื้นที่เทศบาลนครอ้อมน้อย เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาอุทกภัยและส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชน ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างบ่อพักระบายน้ําคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กตามแบบที่กำหนด การวางและเชื่อมต่อระบบท่อระบายน้ําคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กขนาดต่างๆ รวมถึงการติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำแบบจุ่ม (Submersible Pump) ขนาด 22 Kw พร้อมอุปกรณ์ครบชุด ระบบควบคุมการทำงานอัตโนมัติด้วย Level Sensor และระบบไฟฟ้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้เป็นไปตามแบบแปลน มาตรฐาน และข้อกำหนดในสัญญา โดยคำนึงถึงความแข็งแรง ความทนทาน และความปลอดภัยของโครงสร้าง นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบในการจัดหาวัสดุ การขนส่ง การติดตั้ง การทดสอบระบบ และการส่งมอบงานให้สมบูรณ์ พร้อมทั้งจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ของเทศบาล

The project involves the construction of a drainage manhole in Om Noi Municipality, Samut Sakhon Province. The primary objective is to improve the drainage system to mitigate flooding and enhance the quality of life for residents. The scope of work includes the construction of reinforced concrete manholes, installation of reinforced concrete drainage pipes of various sizes, and the installation of a 22 Kw submersible pump with complete accessories and an automatic control system using Level Sensors and associated electrical systems. The contractor must adhere to the approved designs, standards, and contract specifications, ensuring structural integrity, durability, and safety. The contractor is also responsible for material procurement, transportation, installation, system testing, and complete project handover, including providing operation and maintenance manuals to the municipality’s personnel.
