The Judicial Office intends to procure and install one Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system around the Courthouse on Ratchadaphisek Road, replacing the old, deteriorated system. The project aims to enhance security by monitoring, observing, preventing, and safeguarding the area. Key objectives include protecting personnel, litigants, and the public, improving security measures, and utilizing the system as a deterrent, evidence for legal proceedings, and for tracking offenders. The scope covers the installation of network CCTV cameras in critical zones: the perimeter fence and adjacent walkways for intrusion detection and surveillance; vehicle entrances/exits (Gates 1-10 and Lat Phrao Soi 15) for license plate recognition and analysis; the front area of the courthouse and offices for movement monitoring; sidewalks around the courthouse for general object movement surveillance; and the parking building for wide-angle recording and general surveillance. Bidders must meet legal and regulatory qualifications, including specified net worth or registered capital requirements.
