องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลห้วยขมิ้น ดําเนินการจัดประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างโครงการวางท่อระบายน้ําคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) และรางระบายน้ํา ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ ๑๒ เชื่อมต่อระหว่างกลุ่มบ้าน จ.ส.อ.ณัฐวุฒิ ทิพย์โรจน์ และกลุ่มบ้านนายภควัตร บํารุงแจ้ง ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการระบายน้ําให้กับประชาชนในพื้นที่ให้มีความสะดวกและเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย รวมถึงเป็นการตอบสนองความต้องการของประชาชนและดําเนินงานตามภารกิจขององค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลห้วยขมิ้นให้มีประสิทธิภาพ งบประมาณที่ใช้ในโครงการนี้คือ ๕๙๘,๕๐๐ บาท (ห้าแสนเก้าหมื่นแปดพันสี่ร้อยบาทถ้วน) ระยะเวลาดําเนินการก่อสร้าง ๗๕ วัน โดยจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจากเกณฑ์ราคาที่ต่ําสุด ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กําหนด เช่น เป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพตามประกาศ, ไม่เป็นผู้ทิ้งงาน, ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน, มีผลงานสําเร็จแล้วกับหน่วยงานราชการหรือรัฐวิสาหกิจหรือเอกชนที่เชื่อถือได้ วงเงินสัญญาไม่น้อยกว่า ๒๙๙,๒๐๐ บาท และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง

The Huai Khamin Subdistrict Administrative Organization is conducting an electronic bidding (e-bidding) process to contract the construction of a reinforced concrete drainage pipe and drainage channel project in Moo 12, connecting the residential areas of J.S.O. Natthawut Thiprot and Mr. Phakawat Bamrungjaeng. The primary objectives of this project are to resolve drainage issues for the local residents, ensuring convenience and orderliness, and to meet the community’s needs while enhancing the efficiency of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization’s operations. The allocated budget for this project is 598,500 Baht, with a construction period of 75 days. The selection criteria will be based on the lowest price, considering the benefits to the government agency and the project’s objectives. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, including being a legally registered entity operating in the relevant field, not being a blacklisted contractor, not having conflicts of interest, and possessing a proven track record of completed projects with government agencies, state enterprises, or reputable private entities, with a contract value of at least 299,200 Baht. Bidders must also be registered in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department.
