โครงการจัดซื้อเครื่องระบบควบคุมสภาวะอากาศดัดแปลงอัจฉริยะสําหรับระบบการเพาะเลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อ จํานวน ๑ ชุด โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับการเรียนการสอนและการวิจัยให้ทันสมัย โดยเฉพาะในระดับปริญญาตรีและบัณฑิตศึกษา ส่งเสริมศักยภาพการผลิตพืชผ่านระบบ IoT ที่สามารถควบคุมจากระยะไกล และสนับสนุนการวิจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพพืชชั้นสูง ระบบที่จัดหาเป็นแบบกึ่งจมชั่วคราว (Temporary Immersion System; TIS) ควบคุมสภาวะแวดล้อมในการเพาะเลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อพืชได้อย่างแม่นยํา พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบที่ครบครัน เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์, เครื่องสํารองไฟ, และเครื่องปรับอากาศ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางกฎหมายและมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กําหนด การพิจารณาข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ด้านราคาเป็นสําคัญ โดยมีกําหนดส่งมอบภายใน ๑๒๐ วัน และรับประกันความชํารุดบกพร่อง ๑ ปี

This project aims to procure one set of an intelligent modified environmental control system for plant tissue culture, utilizing electronic bidding (e-bidding). The primary objectives are to modernize teaching and research, particularly at the undergraduate and graduate levels, enhance plant production capabilities through IoT-enabled remote control, and support advanced plant biotechnology research. The system specified is a Temporary Immersion System (TIS) designed for precise control of plant tissue culture environments, complete with essential accessories such as a computer, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and air conditioner. Bidders must meet legal and financial qualification requirements, including net worth criteria. The evaluation will be based primarily on price, with a delivery deadline of 120 days and a one-year warranty against defects.
