องค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลเขาแดง มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด 1 ตัน แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ จำนวน 1 คัน ตามข้อบัญญัติงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 เพื่อใช้ในการออกดำเนินงานของงานบริหารทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมและการโยธา งานสำรวจข้อมูลงานก่อสร้าง และควบคุมงานก่อสร้าง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการปฏิบัติงานของกองช่าง และให้มียานพาหนะเพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงาน

รถบรรทุกต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์ ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ มีน้ำหนักบรรทุกไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ตัน เป็นกระบะสำเร็จรูป ติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศ และเป็นรถยนต์รุ่นล่าสุดที่ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน ตัวรถและเครื่องยนต์เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ยี่ห้อเดียวกัน สภาพพร้อมใช้งาน และมีศูนย์บริการอยู่ในพื้นที่อำเภอเมืองประจวบคีรีขันธ์

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามกฎหมาย และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Electronic Government Procurement: e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง

Khao Daeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization intends to purchase a 1-ton diesel truck, double cab, 1 unit, according to the fiscal year 2025 budget. The truck will be used for general administration related to industry and public works, construction data survey work, and construction control work. The engine must have a cylinder volume of not less than 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of not less than 110 kilowatts, 2-wheel drive, double cab.

The truck must meet the specified requirements, such as a cylinder volume of not less than 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of not less than 110 kilowatts, 2-wheel drive, double cab, a load capacity of not less than 1 ton, a ready-made pickup truck bed, air conditioning, and be the latest model that has never been used before. The vehicle and engine must be the same brand, in ready-to-use condition, and have a service center in the Mueang Prachuap Khiri Khan district.

Bidders must be legally qualified and registered in the Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) system of the Comptroller General’s Department.
