โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการคมนาคมในพื้นที่เทศบาลตําบลหวายเหนียว โดยจะดำเนินการก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) ให้มีความกว้าง 4 เมตร, ความยาว 233 เมตร และความหนา 0.15 เมตร ซึ่งครอบคลุมพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 932 ตารางเมตร นอกจากการปรับปรุงถนนแล้ว ยังมีการติดตั้งท่อระบายน้ํา คสล. พร้อมบ่อพัก จำนวน 48 บ่อ โดยมีความยาวท่อระบายน้ํารวมบ่อพักทั้งสิ้น 466 เมตร เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการระบายน้ําและป้องกันปัญหาน้ำท่วมขัง รวมถึงการตีเส้นจราจรบนพื้นผิวถนนเป็นพื้นที่ 46.60 ตารางเมตร เพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการสัญจร โครงการนี้ตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณถนนเทศบาลฯ ซอย 11/5 หมู่ที่ 5 ตําบลหวายเหนียว
