โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนแหล่งน้ําในพื้นที่ชนบทและสนับสนุนการประกอบอาชีพของประชาชนในระยะยาว โดยการก่อสร้างฝายน้ําล้นภายในลําห้วยใหญ่ (แห่งที่ 2) ที่บ้านหนองภัยศูนย์ หมู่ที่ 9 ตําบลหนองภัยศูนย์ อําเภอเมืองหนองบัวลําภู จังหวัดหนองบัวลําภู โครงการนี้ดําเนินการโดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลหนองภัยศูนย์ ตามแบบมาตรฐาน มข. 2527 ซึ่งประกอบด้วยแบบการก่อสร้างและรายการประมาณการ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดําเนินการก่อสร้างตามแบบและรายการที่กําหนด หรือปรับปรุงรายการประมาณการให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพพื้นที่จริง โดยยังคงรูปแบบการประมาณการเดิม ทั้งนี้ โครงการดังกล่าวอยู่ภายใต้การกํากับดูแลของกรมการปกครอง กระทรวงมหาดไทย และต้องดำเนินการด้วยความโปร่งใสและมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้

The project aims to construct a spillway within the Lam Huai Yai (2nd location) in Nong Phai Sun Village, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The objective is to increase small water sources for the local population, supporting their livelihoods in the long term. The project is implemented by the Nong Phai Sun Subdistrict Administrative Organization, following the standard MKU 2527 design, which includes construction plans and cost estimation details for contractors to use in their bids. The project is under the supervision of the Department of Provincial Administration, Ministry of Interior, and must be carried out transparently and efficiently to achieve its objectives.
