โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างตลาดสินค้าเกษตร ณ ท่าเทียบเรือประมงปัตตานี โดยองค์การสะพานปลา กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานและส่งเสริมการค้าสินค้าเกษตรและประมงในพื้นที่

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:

• งานสถาปัตยกรรม: ครอบคลุมการออกแบบและก่อสร้างอาคารตลาด, ผังบริเวณ, รายละเอียดพื้น, ผนัง, หลังคา, ห้องน้ำ, ป้ายบอกราคา และโรงพักขยะ
• งานวิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง: ครอบคลุมการออกแบบและก่อสร้างโครงสร้างหลังคา, ฐานรองรับ, และลาน คสล.
• งานวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า: ครอบคลุมการออกแบบและติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง, ระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง, ระบบสัญญาณแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ และเส้นทางหนีไฟ
• งานระบบประปาสุขาภิบาล: ครอบคลุมการออกแบบและติดตั้งระบบประปา, ระบบสุขาภิบาล, และบ่อพักท่อระบายน้ํา

งานส่งมอบประกอบด้วยแบบรายละเอียดทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานสถาปัตยกรรม, วิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, และระบบประปาสุขาภิบาล รวมถึงรายการประกอบแบบ, รายการวัสดุ, และมาตรฐานการติดตั้ง

This project involves the construction of an agricultural product market at the Pattani Fishing Port, under the supervision of the Fish Marketing Organization, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. It aims to develop infrastructure and promote the trade of agricultural and fishery products in the area.

The scope of work includes:

• Architectural Work: Covers the design and construction of the market building, site plan, floor details, walls, roof, restrooms, price signs, and waste disposal area.
• Structural Engineering Work: Covers the design and construction of roof structures, support bases, and reinforced concrete yards.
• Electrical Engineering Work: Covers the design and installation of lighting systems, power systems, fire alarm systems, and escape routes.
• Sanitary Engineering Work: Covers the design and installation of plumbing systems, sanitation systems, and drainage manholes.

Deliverables include all detailed drawings related to architectural, structural, electrical, and sanitary engineering works, including bills of quantities, material lists, and installation standards.
