กรมแพทย์ทหารเรือมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อพร้อมติดตั้งระบบแจ้งเตือนอัคคีภัยสำหรับอาคารคลัง กองส่งกำลังสายแพทย์ ซึ่งเป็นคลังพัสดุสายแพทย์ที่สำคัญของกองทัพเรือ อาคารดังกล่าวมีอายุการใช้งานประมาณ 39 ปี และยังไม่มีระบบแจ้งเตือนอัคคีภัย การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยต่อชีวิต ป้องกันและลดความสูญเสียต่อทรัพย์สินของทางราชการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรการป้องกันและระงับอัคคีภัยของกองทัพเรือ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการจัดหาระบบแจ้งเตือนอัคคีภัยที่ประกอบด้วยตู้ไฟฟ้า, ไฟฉุกเฉิน, แผงควบคุมระบบแจ้งเตือนอัคคีภัย, เครื่องตรวจจับควัน, ปุ่มแจ้งเหตุด้วยมือ, กระดิ่งแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ และอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง พร้อมทั้งดำเนินการติดตั้ง ทดสอบระบบ และส่งมอบให้ใช้งานได้สมบูรณ์ภายใน 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด และต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของพัสดุไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี

The scope of work includes supplying a fire alarm system comprising an electrical panel, emergency lights, a fire alarm control panel, smoke detectors, manual call points, fire alarm bells, and related equipment, along with installation, system testing, and commissioning within 90 days from the contract signing date. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and provide a warranty of at least 2 years for the delivered goods.
