โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดทำแบบรูปรายการสำหรับก่อสร้างอาคารโรงอาหารขนาดเล็ก จำนวน 156 ที่นั่ง ซึ่งดำเนินการโดยสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (สพฐ.) วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อจัดทำเอกสารแบบรูปรายการที่สมบูรณ์และถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาการ เพื่อใช้เป็นเอกสารหลักในการประกวดราคาและดำเนินการก่อสร้างอาคารโรงอาหารให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด แบบรูปรายการนี้ครอบคลุมรายละเอียดทางสถาปัตยกรรม โครงสร้าง ระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา สุขาภิบาล รวมถึงการจัดวางผัง การจัดโต๊ะเก้าอี้ วัสดุที่ใช้ในการก่อสร้าง และรายละเอียดการติดตั้งต่างๆ เพื่อให้ผู้รับเหมาสามารถนำไปใช้ในการก่อสร้างได้อย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ

This project involves the preparation of design drawings and specifications for the construction of a small canteen building with a seating capacity of 156 people, commissioned by the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC). The primary objective is to create complete and accurate design documents that comply with technical standards, serving as the primary reference for bidding and the actual construction of the canteen building according to the specified standards. The design documents cover architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary system details, including layout plans, furniture arrangement, construction materials, and installation specifications, ensuring contractors can proceed with accurate and efficient construction.
