โครงการปรับปรุงแนวท่อจ่ายน้ำประปา โดยมีขอบเขตงานหลักคือการวางท่อจ่ายน้ำประปาใหม่ด้วยท่อ HDPE PE100 PN10 ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 225 มม. ระยะทางประมาณ 3,386 เมตร และท่อขนาด 63 มม. ระยะทางประมาณ 32 เมตร นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงงานเชื่อมต่อท่อจ่ายน้ำประปาเข้ากับท่อเมนเดิมและท่อของผู้ใช้ตามแบบที่กำหนด การทดสอบแรงดันน้ำเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และการคืนสภาพผิวจราจรหรือผิวทางเดิมให้เรียบร้อย ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่เป็นของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (มอก.) หรือมาตรฐานสากลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น มาตรฐานท่อ PVC, ท่อ PE, ท่อเหล็กเหนียว, ประตูน้ำ และอุปกรณ์ประกอบต่างๆ รวมถึงการดำเนินการเชื่อมต่อท่อด้วยวิธีที่เหมาะสมและได้มาตรฐาน การทดสอบแรงดันน้ำจะต้องดำเนินการตามที่กำหนด และผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดในการทดลอง รวมถึงการแก้ไขหากพบรอยรั่ว นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการวางท่อตามแบบแปลนและอาจมีการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติมตามที่ผู้ว่าจ้างกำหนด โดยค่าใช้จ่ายในการดำเนินการทั้งหมดเป็นของผู้รับจ้างเอง รวมถึงการซ่อมแซมถนนหรือทางเท้าที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการก่อสร้างให้กลับสู่สภาพเดิม

The project aims to improve and install new water distribution pipelines, utilizing HDPE PE100 PN10 pipes of Ø 225 mm and Ø 63 mm. The scope includes connecting the new pipes to the existing main and user lines as per specifications, conducting water pressure testing for operational efficiency, and restoring the road or surface to its original condition. Contractors must supply new, unused materials and equipment compliant with industrial standards (TIS) or relevant international standards for PVC pipes, PE pipes, ductile iron pipes, valves, and fittings. Pipe jointing must be performed using appropriate and standardized methods. Water pressure testing will be conducted as specified, with the contractor bearing all testing costs and responsibility for repairs. The contractor is also responsible for all installation costs, including any additional fittings required by the client, and for restoring any affected roads or sidewalks to their original condition.
