โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด 1 ตัน ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์ ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ พร้อมหลังคาไฟเบอร์กลาสหรือเหล็ก จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อใช้เป็นรถยนต์ส่วนกลางของสำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินเขต 1 ในการปฏิบัติงานต่างๆ เช่น ติดตามคณะผู้บริหาร การออกพื้นที่บริการประชาชน และการจัดนิทรรศการ โดยรถยนต์ที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติเป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมตามที่กรมควบคุมมลพิษกำหนด ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และยื่นเอกสารหลักฐานต่างๆ ให้ครบถ้วน การพิจารณาจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก

This project aims to procure one unit of diesel pickup truck (1-ton, engine displacement not less than 2,400 cc or maximum engine power not less than 110 kW), 2-wheel drive, double cab with fiberglass or steel canopy. The vehicle will be used as a central vehicle for the Land Development Regional Office 1 for various tasks such as official travels, public service outreach, and exhibitions. The vehicle must be environmentally friendly as defined by the Pollution Control Department. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit complete documentation. The price will be the main evaluation criterion.
