องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางโฉลง อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการ “โครงการขุดลอกคลองเทวะคลองตรง หมู่ที่ 4 ตำบลบางโฉลง อำเภอบางพลี จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ” โดยมีขอบเขตงานเป็นการขุดลอกคลองเทวะคลองตรง ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 4 ตำบลบางโฉลง มีความยาวรวม 1,340.00 เมตร โดยกำหนดขนาดความกว้างปากคลองเฉลี่ย 15.00 เมตร ความกว้างคลองเฉลี่ย 10.00 เมตร และขุดลึกจากก้นคลองเดิม 1.00 เมตร ปริมาณดินที่ต้องขุดลอกมีจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 3,400.00 ลูกบาศก์เมตร นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการนำดินที่ขุดขึ้นมาเกลี่ยแต่งบริเวณริมคลองทั้งสองข้างให้เรียบร้อย หรือหากไม่สามารถทิ้งดินบริเวณดังกล่าวได้ จะต้องนำไปทิ้งในพื้นที่ที่ผู้ควบคุมงานกำหนด ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับทรัพย์สินหรือสาธารณูปโภค และต้องจัดหาเรือยนต์พร้อมคนขับเพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบและควบคุมการขุดลอก โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมและระบบการระบายน้ำของคลองให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

The Bang Chalong Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province, intends to implement the “Dredging Project for Thewa Khlong Trong Canal, Moo 4, Bang Chalong Subdistrict, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province.” The scope of work involves dredging the Thewa Khlong Trong Canal, located in Moo 4, Bang Chalong Subdistrict. The canal is 1,340.00 meters long, with an average surface width of 15.00 meters, an average canal width of 10.00 meters, and a dredging depth of 1.00 meter from the original canal bed. The estimated volume of dredged material is not less than 3,400.00 cubic meters. The contractor must also level and spread the excavated soil along both sides of the canal banks, or dispose of it in a location designated by the supervisor if it cannot be placed on the banks. The contractor is responsible for any damages to property or utilities and must provide a boat with a driver for inspection and control of the dredging operations. The project aims to improve the canal’s environmental conditions and drainage efficiency.
