โครงการจ้างก่อสร้างศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาพันธุกรรมกุ้งก้ามกรามนครปฐม ตำบลทุ่งขวาง อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อจัดตั้งศูนย์ฯ ให้เป็นแหล่งศึกษา ค้นคว้า วิจัย และพัฒนาพันธุ์กุ้งก้ามกรามให้มีคุณภาพดี เพื่อกระจายพันธุ์ให้เกษตรกรในพื้นที่จังหวัดนครปฐมและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง อันเป็นการเพิ่มผลผลิตและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกร ขอบเขตงานก่อสร้างประกอบด้วยอาคารที่ทำการพร้อมห้องปฏิบัติการ, โรงเพาะฟัก, โรงเพาะพันธุ์กุ้งก้ามกรามแบบอัจฉริยะ, บ่อคอนกรีตเก็บน้ำทะเล, บ่อคอนกรีตพร้อมหลังคา, บ่อดินผนัง ค.ส.ล., โรงเก็บพัสดุ, โรงจอดรถ, โรงเครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า, โรงเครื่องเป่าลม, บ่อพักน้ำดี, บ่อบำบัดน้ำเสีย, เสาธง, ประตู, ป้อมยาม, ป้ายชื่อ, รั้วคอนกรีตบล็อก, ถนนคอนกรีต, บ้านพักข้าราชการประเภทต่างๆ, บ้านพักคนงาน, และระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา รวมถึงโรงสูบน้ำ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งต้องมีผลงานประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 35 ล้านบาท และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการหรือทุนจดทะเบียนตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด

This project involves the construction of a Giant Freshwater Prawn Research and Development Center in Nakhon Pathom Province. The objective is to establish a facility for studying, researching, and developing high-quality giant freshwater prawn breeds for distribution to farmers in Nakhon Pathom and surrounding areas, thereby increasing prawn farming productivity and improving farmers’ livelihoods. The scope of work includes the construction of an office building with a laboratory, a hatchery, a smart prawn hatchery, concrete seawater tanks, concrete ponds with roofing, concrete-lined earthen ponds, a storage building, a car park, a generator house, an air blower house, a clean water pond, a wastewater treatment pond, a flagpole, gates, guardhouses, signage, concrete block fences, concrete roads, various types of official residences, worker housing, and electrical and water supply systems, including a water pump house. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, particularly having a track record of similar projects valued at no less than 35 million Baht, and possess the required net worth or registered capital.
