โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องกระตุกหัวใจด้วยไฟฟ้าชนิดไบเฟสิกพร้อมเครื่องติดตามสัญญาณชีพ จำนวน 1 เครื่อง สำหรับใช้ในสถานพยาบาล เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการช่วยเหลือผู้ป่วยที่มีภาวะหัวใจหยุดเต้น เครื่องดังกล่าวต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR ดังนี้:
- เป็นเครื่องกระตุกหัวใจชนิดไบเฟสิก (Biphasic)
- สามารถใช้งานได้ทั้งในโหมด Manual และ Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- มีระบบชาร์จไฟที่รวดเร็ว
- มีหน้าจอแสดงผลที่ชัดเจน (Color LCD)
- สามารถติดตามสัญญาณชีพต่างๆ เช่น ECG, SpO2
- สามารถบันทึกข้อมูล ECG ได้
- มีระบบแจ้งเตือน (Alarm) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ต้องเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย EN 60601-1 และ EN 60601-2-25
ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และยื่นเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องครบถ้วนตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR เพื่อให้คณะกรรมการพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมที่สุด

This project aims to procure one Biphasic Defibrillator with vital signs monitoring for use in healthcare facilities. The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the TOR, including Biphasic technology, Manual and AED modes, rapid charging, a clear color LCD screen, ECG recording, effective alarm systems, and compliance with safety standards EN 60601-1 and EN 60601-2-25. Interested bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit all required documents as per the TOR conditions for the committee’s consideration and selection of the most suitable candidate.
