โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการบริการข้อมูลข่าวสารของสำนักงานกองทุนหมู่บ้านและชุมชนเมืองแห่งชาติ (สทบ.) ผ่านช่องทาง LINE Official Account (LINE OA) โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาช่องทางการสื่อสารออนไลน์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อเผยแพร่ข้อมูลข่าวสาร, นโยบาย, ภารกิจ, และองค์ความรู้ต่างๆ ให้แก่ประชาชนและสมาชิกกองทุนหมู่บ้านฯ อย่างทั่วถึง โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการต่ออายุสัญญา LINE OA ให้เป็นบัญชีพรีเมี่ยม (Premium Account) หรือบัญชีโล่สีเขียว, การจัดทำ Rich Menu ที่เหมาะสม, การจัดหาผู้ดูแลระบบ (Admin) เพื่อติดตามและ Broadcast Message, การพัฒนาระบบตอบคำถามผู้ใช้งานผ่านแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ที่สามารถจัดเก็บและค้นหาข้อมูลได้, การจัดทำ Content ที่สอดคล้องกับเทศกาลและวันสำคัญต่างๆ, การรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องและบำรุงรักษาระบบ, การจัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานประจำเดือน, และการจัดทำรายงานประเมินผลเพื่อปรับปรุง LINE OA ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อให้ สทบ. มีภาพลักษณ์ที่ทันสมัยและสร้างความเชื่อมั่นในการดำเนินงาน

The project aims to enhance the online communication channels of the National Village and Urban Community Fund Office (NVCFO) through LINE Official Account (LINE OA). It focuses on developing a more efficient online communication channel to disseminate information, policies, missions, and knowledge to the public and members of the Village Fund. The project includes renewing the LINE OA contract to a Premium Account or Green Shield account, creating a suitable Rich Menu, providing an administrator to monitor and broadcast messages, developing a user question answering system via the LINE application, creating content that is consistent with festivals and important days, guaranteeing defects and system maintenance, preparing monthly performance reports, and preparing evaluation reports to improve LINE OA for greater efficiency. This will give NVCFO a modern image and build confidence in its operations.
