เทศบาลตำบลด่านซ้าย อำเภอด่านซ้าย จังหวัดเลย มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถโดยสารขนาด ไม่น้อยกว่า 4 ที่นั่ง หรือไม่เกิน 12 ที่นั่ง (ดีเซล) จำนวน 1 คัน โดยใช้เงินสะสม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติราชการ สนับสนุนการเดินทางนอกสถานที่ การประชุมสัมมนา และการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอก วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานด้านการบริหารราชการเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย ประหยัด ลดการใช้พลังงาน และเพิ่มความรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยรถที่จัดซื้อจะต้องสามารถรองรับคณะทำงานหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ได้อย่างเพียงพอ คล่องตัว และปลอดภัย เพื่อให้ภารกิจสำเร็จลุล่วงตามวัตถุประสงค์และส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการทำงานให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
