การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาขุดลอกตะกอนและวัชพืชบริเวณคลองรับน้ำดิบ สถานีสูบน้ำดิบ 1 โรงงานผลิตน้ำมหาสวัสดิ์ เนื่องจากมีการสะสมของตะกอนเป็นจำนวนมาก ทำให้พื้นที่รองรับน้ำดิบลดลง และเพื่อรองรับการเพิ่มกำลังการผลิตน้ำประปาในอนาคต

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การขุดลอกตะกอนประมาณ 13,200 ลบ.ม. ออกจากคลองรับน้ำดิบ โดยต้องควบคุมระดับตะกอนที่เหลือไม่เกิน 0.2 เมตร และไม่ให้กระทบโครงสร้างคลองเดิม ผู้รับจ้างต้องก่อสร้างแนวกำแพงกันความขุ่น 2 แนว เพื่อป้องกันผลกระทบต่อระบบผลิตน้ำประปา และขนย้ายตะกอนไปยังพื้นที่ทิ้งที่กำหนด พร้อมปรับพื้นที่ให้เรียบเสมอกัน

ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำแผนการทำงาน เสนอมาตรการป้องกันความขุ่น และปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างเคร่งครัด ระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมด 120 วัน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) intends to contract the dredging of sediment and weeds in the raw water canal at Raw Water Pumping Station 1, Maha Sawat Water Treatment Plant. This is due to the large accumulation of sediment, which reduces the raw water storage area, and to support the increased water production capacity in the future.

The scope of work includes dredging approximately 13,200 cubic meters of sediment from the raw water canal, controlling the remaining sediment level to no more than 0.2 meters, and avoiding impact to the original canal structure. The contractor must construct two rows of turbidity barriers to prevent impacts on the water production system and transport the sediment to the designated disposal area, leveling the area.

The contractor must prepare a work plan, propose turbidity prevention measures, and strictly comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. The total duration of the project is 120 days. The selection of bids will be based on the lowest price criteria.
