โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาด้านการท่องเที่ยวและบริการในจังหวัดยโสธร โดยมุ่งเน้นการปรับปรุงเส้นทางคมนาคมให้เชื่อมโยงแหล่งท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ให้สะดวกและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการซ่อมสร้างผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตบนถนนสาย ยส.4038 ซึ่งแยกจากทางหลวงหมายเลข 2259 ในพื้นที่บ้านนาเวียง อำเภอทรายมูล จังหวัดยโสธร ระยะทางรวม 2.200 กิโลเมตร

งานที่จะต้องดำเนินการประกอบด้วยการPrime Coat และTack Coat เพื่อเตรียมพื้นผิวก่อนการเทผิวแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต นอกจากนี้ยังมีการเสริมผิวทางเชื่อมต่อในบางช่วงที่ไม่สามารถดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามรูปแบบเดิมได้ โดยให้อยู่ในดุลยพินิจของคณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุ แต่ปริมาณงานต้องไม่น้อยกว่าเดิม รวมถึงการทำความสะอาดพื้นสะพานและช่องระบายน้ำก่อนทำการTack Coat และปูทับด้วย Asphalt Concrete

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องตรวจสอบและจัดทำ Shop Drawing การติดตั้งเครื่องหมายจราจร และจัดส่งป้ายจราจรให้ส่วนตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ตรวจสอบก่อนนำไปติดตั้ง รวมถึงการปรับระดับถนนให้กลมกลืนกับถนนเดิมบริเวณจุดเริ่มต้นและสิ้นสุดโครงการ

This project aims to develop tourism and services in Yasothon Province by improving transportation routes connecting tourist attractions, focusing on asphalt concrete pavement repair on Route Yo.So.4038 branching from Highway No. 2259 in Ban Na Wiang, Sai Mun District, Yasothon Province, with a total distance of 2.200 kilometers.

The work includes Prime Coat and Tack Coat application to prepare the surface before pouring asphalt concrete, as well as reinforcing connecting pavements in certain areas where construction cannot proceed according to the original plan, subject to the discretion of the procurement inspection committee, but the work volume must not be less than the original amount. This also includes cleaning the bridge surface and drainage channels before Tack Coat application and overlaying with Asphalt Concrete.

The contractor must inspect and prepare Shop Drawings for traffic sign installation and submit traffic signs to the inspection and analysis section for verification before installation, as well as adjust the road level to blend with the existing road at the start and end points of the project.
