โครงการ “ไทยช่วยไทย ลดภาระปัจจัยการผลิต : ธงเขียวราคาประหยัดพลัส” (ส่วนภูมิภาค) จังหวัดพิจิตร จัดขึ้นเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาเกษตรกรในจังหวัดพิจิตรประสบภาวะต้นทุนการผลิตสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งจากราคาปุ๋ยเคมีที่ปรับตัวสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ อันเป็นผลมาจากสถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งในภูมิภาคตะวันออกกลางและการจำกัดการส่งออกปุ๋ยของบางประเทศ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อช่วยเหลือและบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนของเกษตรกรกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ซึ่งรวมถึงเกษตรกรทั่วไป กลุ่มเกษตรกรที่มีคุณภาพ และสถาบันเกษตรกร ให้สามารถเข้าถึงปัจจัยการผลิตทางการเกษตรที่จำเป็น เช่น ปุ๋ยเคมี สารป้องกันและกำจัดศัตรูพืช และอุปกรณ์ทางการเกษตร ในราคาที่ประหยัดและเหมาะสมยิ่งขึ้น เพื่อลดภาระค่าใช้จ่าย ลดต้นทุนการผลิต รักษาความสามารถในการเพาะปลูก และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรให้มีคุณภาพและมาตรฐาน กิจกรรมหลักของโครงการคือการจัดงานจำหน่ายสินค้าปัจจัยการผลิตทางการเกษตรในราคาประหยัดกว่าท้องตลาด โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการบริหารจัดการงานทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่การติดตั้งโครงสร้างเต็นท์ การจัดพื้นที่จำหน่ายสินค้า การจัดกิจกรรมพิธีเปิด การจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย การประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อต่างๆ การจัดเสวนาให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกร รวมถึงการประเมินผลการจัดงาน เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ที่ตั้งไว้

The “Thai Help Thai: Reducing Production Input Burden: Plus Affordable Green Flag” project (Regional Area) in Phichit Province aims to alleviate the difficulties faced by farmers in Phichit due to continuously rising production costs, particularly the significant increase in chemical fertilizer prices. This situation is exacerbated by the conflict in the Middle East and fertilizer export restrictions from certain countries. The project’s primary objective is to assist and relieve the burden on target farmers, including general farmers, quality farmer groups, and agricultural institutions, by ensuring their access to essential agricultural inputs such as chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and agricultural equipment at more affordable and reasonable prices. This will help reduce expenses, lower production costs, maintain cultivation capacity, and enhance the quality and standards of agricultural production. The core activity of the project involves organizing a sales event for agricultural inputs at prices lower than the market rate. The contractor will be responsible for the overall event management, including the installation of tent structures, arrangement of sales areas, organization of the opening ceremony, sales promotion activities, public relations through various media, knowledge-sharing seminars for farmers, and post-event evaluation, ensuring efficient execution and achievement of project objectives.
