โครงการปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ถนน อบจ.สาย 4 คลองกร่าง 4 - (โรงเทียน) เชื่อมคลองกร่าง 16 (เขาน้อย) ทางหลวง รย.3574 เป็นโครงการที่ดำเนินการโดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตาสิทธิ์ อำเภอปลวกแดง จังหวัดระยอง มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านคมนาคมให้มีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้น โดยการปรับปรุงผิวจราจรเดิมให้เป็นถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กที่มีความแข็งแรงทนทาน พร้อมทั้งติดตั้งระบบระบายน้ำข้างทาง (รางน้ำคอนกรีต) และวางท่อระบายน้ำชนิดต่างๆ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการระบายน้ำและป้องกันความเสียหายต่อโครงสร้างถนน นอกจากนี้ยังมีการติดตั้งป้ายจราจร สัญญาณไฟกระพริบ และทาสีตีเส้นจราจรเพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการเดินทาง โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการรื้อผิวจราจรเดิม การก่อสร้างชั้นรองพื้นทางและพื้นทาง การทำผิวจราจรคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก การก่อสร้างรางระบายน้ำ การวางท่อระบายน้ำ การติดตั้งขอบคันหิน การติดตั้งป้ายจราจรและสัญญาณไฟ รวมถึงการปรับปรุงรั้วและสิ่งกีดขวางต่างๆ เพื่อให้ถนนมีความสมบูรณ์และใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด

The project involves the improvement of a reinforced concrete road, specifically the O.B.J. Road No. 4, Khlong Krang 4 - (Rong Thian) connecting to Khlong Krang 16 (Khao Noi), Highway Ror. 3574, located in Tambon Tasit, Amphoe Pluak Daeng, Rayong Province. The primary objective is to enhance the efficiency and safety of transportation by upgrading the existing road surface to a reinforced concrete standard. This includes the construction of drainage systems, such as concrete gutters and various types of drainage pipes, to manage water runoff and prevent road damage. Additionally, traffic signs, flashing warning lights, and road markings will be installed to improve traffic safety. The scope of work encompasses demolition of the existing road surface, construction of sub-base and base layers, creation of the reinforced concrete pavement, installation of drainage structures, placement of pipes, construction of curbs, installation of traffic signs and lights, and the removal or modification of existing fences and obstacles to ensure a complete and functional road.
