สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจ้างปรับปรุงพื้นที่ทำงานส่วนกลางชั้น 5 อาคารศูนย์เรียนรู้สุขภาวะ เพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมให้รองรับการทำงานแบบยืดหยุ่น (Flexible Working) ลดความแออัด ส่งเสริมการทำงานร่วมกัน (Collaboration) และสนับสนุนรูปแบบการทำงานที่หลากหลาย (Activity-Based Working) เช่น มุมประชุมย่อย โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการรื้อถอน ปรับปรุงงานสถาปัตยกรรม งานระบบวิศวกรรม และงานตกแต่งภายใน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาบุคลากรที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสม ควบคุมดูแลงานให้เป็นไปตามแบบ รูปแบบรายการที่กำหนด รวมถึงการจัดการกำลังคน วัสดุ และการรักษาความสะอาดพื้นที่ทำงาน ระยะเวลาดำเนินการปรับปรุงพื้นที่คือ 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยแบ่งการจ่ายเงินออกเป็น 2 งวด งวดแรก 40% เมื่อดำเนินการรื้อถอน กั้นพื้นที่ วางระบบไฟฟ้า สื่อสาร และปรับอากาศแล้วเสร็จ

The Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) intends to procure services for the renovation of the central workspace on the 5th floor of the ThaiHealth Learning Center Building. The project aims to improve the working environment to support flexible working, reduce congestion, foster collaboration, and accommodate diverse work activities such as small meeting corners. The scope includes demolition, architectural work, engineering systems, and interior decoration. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, oversee the work according to specified designs and lists, and manage manpower and materials. The renovation period is 90 days from the contract signing date, with payments divided into two installments. The first installment of 40% will be disbursed upon completion of demolition, temporary partitioning, and the installation of electrical, communication, and air conditioning systems (excluding equipment installation).
