โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อยา Lercanidipine 20 mg. tablet จำนวน 2,984,000 เม็ด โดยโรงพยาบาลบ้านแพ้ว (องค์การมหาชน) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้ในการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่มารับบริการ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการให้บริการและเตรียมความพร้อมด้านยาให้เพียงพอ การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ตามระเบียบกระทรวงการคลัง วงเงินงบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 8,967,000 บาท กำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 365 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาประกอบกับเกณฑ์อื่น โดยผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องผ่านเกณฑ์ข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิคที่กำหนด ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของยาเป็นเวลาตามที่กำหนด และมีอัตราค่าปรับกรณีส่งมอบล่าช้าในอัตราร้อยละ 0.20 ต่อวัน

This project involves the procurement of 2,984,000 tablets of Lercanidipine 20 mg. by Baan Paew Hospital (Public Organization) for patient treatment. The procurement will be conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding) in accordance with Ministry of Finance regulations. The budget allocated is 8,967,000 Baht. The delivery period is 365 days from the contract signing date. The selection criteria will be based on price combined with other factors, requiring bidders to meet minimum technical proposal standards.
