กรมป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย (ปภ.) กระทรวงมหาดไทย กำลังดำเนินการโครงการก่อสร้างโรงจอดอากาศยานปีกหมุน (Helicopter) ณ ตำบลเขาพระงาม อำเภอเมืองลพบุรี จังหวัดลพบุรี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างโรงจอดอากาศยานปีกหมุนจำนวน 1 โรง พร้อมอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกที่ได้มาตรฐาน ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการปรับระดับดิน การก่อสร้างถนน ลานจอด ระบบระบายน้ำ การก่อสร้างอาคารโรงจอดอากาศยาน การติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าภายในและภายนอกอาคาร ระบบสุขาภิบาลและสิ่งแวดล้อม ระบบเครื่องกล รวมถึงงานอื่นๆ ที่จำเป็นเพื่อให้โครงการสมบูรณ์ โครงการนี้มีแบบแปลนที่อ้างอิงจากกรมยุทธโยธาทหารบก และได้กำหนดรายละเอียดทางเทคนิค วัสดุ และวิธีการก่อสร้างไว้อย่างชัดเจน เพื่อให้ผู้รับจ้างสามารถดำเนินการก่อสร้างได้อย่างถูกต้องตามหลักวิศวกรรมและมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM), Ministry of Interior, is undertaking a project to construct a helicopter hangar at Khao Phra Ngam Subdistrict, Mueang Lop Buri District, Lop Buri Province. The primary objective is to build one helicopter hangar with associated facilities. The scope of work includes land leveling, construction of roads, apron, drainage systems, the hangar building itself, installation of internal and external electrical systems, sanitary and environmental systems, mechanical systems, and other necessary works to ensure project completion. The project specifications are based on drawings from the Department of Public Works and Engineering, Royal Thai Army, with detailed technical requirements, materials, and construction methods clearly defined to ensure contractors can execute the construction in accordance with engineering principles and specified standards.
