โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างเหมาทำการ Pavement In-Place Recycling (PIR) ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการนำวัสดุพื้นทางเดิมมาปรับปรุงและนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพและความแข็งแรงของถนน ลดต้นทุนในการบำรุงรักษา และลดผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:

1. การเตรียมพื้นที่และการปรับระดับพื้นทางเดิม
2. การบดอัดวัสดุเดิมให้แน่น
3. การปรับปรุงคุณภาพวัสดุเดิมโดยการเติมสารปรับปรุงคุณภาพ (ถ้าจำเป็น)
4. การวางผิวทางใหม่
5. การควบคุมคุณภาพงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR และมีประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน Pavement In-Place Recycling เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าโครงการจะสำเร็จลุล่วงตามวัตถุประสงค์

This project aims to hire a contractor to perform Pavement In-Place Recycling (PIR), a process of improving and reusing existing pavement materials, to enhance road quality and strength, reduce maintenance costs, and minimize environmental impact.

The scope of work includes:

1. Preparing the site and leveling the existing pavement.
2. Compacting the existing materials.
3. Improving the quality of existing materials by adding quality-enhancing agents (if necessary).
4. Laying a new surface course.
5. Controlling the quality of work to meet specified standards.

The contractor must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and have experience in Pavement In-Place Recycling to ensure the project is completed successfully.
